An electronic ticket (E-ticket) will be issued after you make a reservation.
You will receive an email regarding your E-ticket will be sent to you by 5 days prior to your departure, and you can print out the E-ticket by yourself. If you do not see the email in your mail box, please check your spam folder first, and contact us.
*Please state your Reference Number which appears on the reservation-completion screen when you make an inquiry.
You will be required to bring the printed E-ticket, your valid passport and required visa with you upon check-in. Then your boarding pass will be issued. If you have any questions about online check-in or self-check-in, please contact the airline directly.
