My passport is under process, but can I make a reservation?

You can check whether passport information is required on the 'Enter traveller information' screen.
If there is an entry field for passport information, please make a reservation when your passport is ready.

After making a reservation, change of passenger information (including name amendment such as a spelling error by one letter) is not permitted.
For security reasons, you will be refused boarding on your flight if the name on your ticket and the name on your passport do not match.
It is your responsibility to provide correct details at the time of making a reservation, including ensuring all passenger details exactly match their passport information.
