I cannot confirm my reservation on hotel official website.

When you book a hotel+flight package plan, it is not able to confirm
your booking on the hotel website.
Please confirm your reservation on “My Reservation”(Booking confirmation page)
which is indicated in the email we send after you make a reservation.
Also there is no hotel reservation number and password for our package plans.
Please provide our reference number and the name of representative at check-in.
