You will receive an email regarding your E-ticket will be sent to you by 5 days prior to your departure at the latest.
There could be several reasons why you do not receive the email.
・The email address is incorrect
・The email is marked as SPAM, or deleted automatically
・The spam filter settings for your email account block our email address

*Please state your Reference Number which appears on the reservation-completion screen when you make an inquiry.
